exhibited locally, Batesville Art Gallery, Main Street, works in this exhibition are all award winners from 46th Annual Young Arkansas Artists Competition and Exhibition conducted at Arkansas Arts Center in Little Rock.

6:30 p.m., First Community Bank, 1325 Harrison Street, Batesville. Each balloon released represents a child in foster care from Independence County. An informational meeting will be held in George Rider Community Room immediately after balloon release. Anyone interested in learning more about becoming foster or adoptive parents should attend.
